Tour Of My Makeup Bag! Xxx

Hiya everyone! So I was going to do an updated 'Everyday Makeup Routine', but I wanted to something different since I have seen a lot of others do this. So instead I thought I would do a 'Tour Of My Makeup Bag', because then I get to show you more of what I use. This post will contain my everyday makeup, brushes and skincare! Hope you enjoy! (Ps, sorry for the blue-toned photos!)
Skin Care

Usually, I don't use a face mask every day, but I wanted to include this in anyways! For cleanser, I use the Garnier Mycellar Water because it is calm and gentle on the skin. I also love this because it comes in many different types to suit your skin! To moisturise, I use the 'Re-Gen' cream because it treats lots of skin problems and hydrates my dry skin.

Makeup

My everyday makeup has actually changed a lot recently. For my base I use the MAC Studio Fix Powder in 'NC 20' because it gives me coverage whilst being lightweight on the skin. I actually contour with a Primark foundation stick in the shade 'Warm Beige' because it is just the right shape and really creamy! After this, I highlight my cheekbones with the Rimmel Match Perfection concealer. For brows, I use the Collection 'Colour Lash' mascara in 'Brown', because I find that mascaras last longer than brow gels and this also gives my brows a tint. I use Soap and Glory 'Lid Stuff' eyeshadow on my eyelids, then finish with the Barry M white kohl liner. After curling my lashes, I use my KIKO Active+ mascara and Roller Lash because they make a great pair. To finish the look, I apply the Primark lipstick in the shade 'Marsala'.

Brushes

Most of my brush collection is from a set I bought online a while ago called 'Glow'. This set is amazing, you get 12 brushes and a case for a great price, and the quality is really good too. The brushes are really soft yet dense, meaning the application is really great also! If you are looking for some new brushes, check these out here: http://www.amazon.co.uk/Glow-Makeup-Brushes-Crocodile-Leather/dp/B00G6Z8R9O/ref=sr_1_4?s=beauty&ie=UTF8&qid=1456686081&sr=1-4&keywords=glow+make+up+brushes
The remainder of my brushes (and sponge) are from Primark.

Thank you for reading, please comment down below any suggestions of posts you would like me to do! Hope you have a great week, Gracie xx

Benefit Frisky Six Makeup Set! xx

Hiya everyone! As you probably know, I went on holiday a few weeks ago, and I purchased this set from Benefit called 'Frisky Six'. It contains six of their biggest selling products ever, and I believe that it is exclusive to Thomas Cook Airlines. I had never tried any of these products before, so I was really exited to give them a go. This is what I think of them!

'Sugarbomb' Blush

This was quite shimmery when I first applied it, but when I blended it in, I found that it wasn't so intense. The colour is a peachy-orange shade, and would suit more yellow toned than pink toned skin (like myself). When I use it, I just swirl all four shades together, but if you wanted to then you could choose which shades to use. This is quite a natural-looking blush, and I quite like it!

'They're Real' Mascara

This mascara was what I was most looking forward to trying, and I don't think I was disappointed! After one coat, my lashes were long, curly and fluttery! Despite the large, thick brush, my lashes were not at all clumpy. I always apply two coats of mascara, but I don't think you need it with this product! I loved the brush because it really grabs your lashes, and it feels really nice to apply, too. Overall, a huge thumbs up!

'Ooh La Lift' Under Eye Brightener

Before I tried this, I honestly thought I was not going to like this at all. But, it is now my favorite thing in the set! It is kind of like a concealer, except it doesn't really conceal anything. I would describe it as a highlighter for your under eyes! The reason why i love this is because it really lifts your eyes and gives off a lovely pearly shine! I know you may be thinking, Why would I want pearly undereyes? But really, just trust me on this one!

   'Sun Beam' Highlighter

I had really high hopes for this product, but honestly, I didn't think it was that great. When I first applied it to the cheeks, it looked really golden and glowy. But when i had to blend it, the colour completely vanished and there was nothing there. I had already had this product tried on me in store, but I was hoping that it would look nicer if i did it myself. Overall, unfortunately I would not recommend this.

'Lolli tint' Cheek and lip stain

Completely unalike the last product, this is extremely pigmented and is a beautiful baby pink shade! Firstly, this product is lovely as a cheek stain, but try not to apply too much! The colour is quite bold, but you can blend it in to achieve the required look. As for the lips, when you first apply this it is a bit tingly and dry but it sets really nice and looks really girly! This is a great 2 in 1 product, and i prefer this to Benefit's boxed, powder blushes! This also comes in other shades, ie Bene Tint, Posie tint and Cha Cha Tint, so if this colour is not for you then they also have many others to try! I highly recommend this!

'Lolli balm' Lip balm

The first thing that I noticed about this product is that there is barely any lip balm inside, which is a shame. Apart from that, I really liked this product because is has the right amount of colour and is still moisturising on the lips. As you may have guessed, these come in the same shades as the tints, meaning they look great paired up with one another! I used this on top of the 'Lolli tint', and my lips looked great! I loved this too!

Thank you for reading, and I hope you all had an amazing Valentines day! See you in my next post, Gracie xx
