Collective Haul!

Hiya everyone! I went shopping the other day, and since I had never done a haul on this blog before I decided to do one for y'all! (Cowboy, seriously? wtf haha) Just to say this isn't all from just one trip, I have been shopping quite a lot in the holidays. I hope you enjoy, lets get right on into the video! *Side note, please excuse the quality of the photos included, my phones quality is rubbish atm and its really old lol*

An Overview <3

The first thing I bought was this bag from Primark. It was a total of £10, which is a great price for a handbag since most shops are getting pretty expensive. I am planning to use this for school as it will fit in a lot of notebooks inside. Also, there is a snakeskin textured patch on the front so it will not scratch as easy.

Next from Primark is the new duvet set from the 'Velvetghost' (Gabby) range. I love all of the items from the range, but I got this to use with another set because it matched my theme. This is so adorable and I cant wait to put it on my bed! Also I bought a square, pink cushion for my sofa (this is not included in the same range as the duvet.)

Moving on to Boots, I picked up two of the Montagne Jenessee face masks: Strawberry Soufflé and Blemish Mud. I love these face masks because they are so fun and they have so many different flavours, I never really buy the same one twice! I also picked up the Maybelline 'Dream Fresh BB Cream' and the Barry M Kohl Liner in White. Both of these products I had tried (first time) once and I like them so far! The BB cream was really glowy on my dry skin and the liner was really pigmented and really opened up my eyes.    Love! <3

Next I popped to Superdry and bought this suuuuuuppper soft hoodie. I don't usually wear hoodies but I thought I would buy it for those cold winters and days in. It's great to lounge in, and it's great quality so I know that it will last a long time.

Lastly, I picked up some bright neon pencils for school and a pocket-sized diary for 2016.
I hope you enjoyed reading about what I bought (Hauls are my fave posts to read, comment if you can relate!) Thank you for reading this far down and I hope you enjoy the rest of your day!
See you soon,

My Guide To Back To School!

Hiya everyone! Since back to school season is just round the corner I decided to write a post on how to be organised and look amazing for school, even when you wake up a bit too late and realise you have to leave! Because you all know that feeling! Here are some tips and tricks to be fully prepared for school.   Enjoy <3

The Night Before:

  • Chose a cute outfit (or two) and hang it up. For your first day an idea could be to wear a flowy top, leggings or jeans and a pair of floral print, low top trainers. But, if you wear a uniform, get that out also.
  • Pack all your essentials into your bag. If you prefer backpacks, why not opt for a fringed or leather one? If your school allows handbags, use a square shaped one so your papers and supplies fit easier.
Things you may need:
  • Pencil case                                                              Earphones
  • Binder                                                                    Agenda/Journal
  • Notebooks, folders                                                  Phone
  • Gum (if allowed.) If not then mints.                          Id
  • Pocket mirror and travel makeup                              Packed Lunch
  • Hairbrush                                                               Money/bus fare

In The Morning:

  • Get dressed and brush your teeth (your usual morning stuff.)
  • Cleanse, Moisturise and Prime your face ready for your makeup. The look you should be aiming for is a natural glowy look using not too much makeup.
  • Brush and style your hair. If you like your hair down then plait your bangs and clip them away. If you like your hair out of your face you could try a side braid, half updo or a messy bun.
  • Grab your things and head out the door!

I hope that I was able to help you all and get you a bit more pumped for school this year! Have a nice end to your holidays and I will see you in my next post.
See You Soon

Review: KIKO Nail Polishes

Hiya everyone! Today I am going to be telling you about my favourite ever nail polishes from KIKO. I very recently discovered KIKO when a new store opened near me and I went to check it out. I had never seen any of their products before and when I walked in it was very bright and colourful. I only picked up nail polishes, but I would love to try some of their other products!

The shades I have are Pastel Blue (385) and Mint (562).
Sorry for bad quality photo!

If you would like to see these on the website, click here: http://www.kikocosmetics.com/en-gb/make-up/hands/nail-polishes/Nail-Lacquer/p-KM00401001

Now, onto the product. The reason that made me want to look at these in the shop was the fact they come in a huge array of colours, it was so difficult to choose! Luckily, I was kindly given some testing tape to help me! Another great thing about this product is that when I got to the till, I found out they were only £2.50 each. I would have easily paid more for what you get.

When applying the product, the first coat can sometimes be a bit streaky, but when the second is applied, it all comes together to create a beautiful colour. The polish look even better with a top coat (I haven't tried the KIKO one yet, but my favourite atm is Sally Hansen 'No Chip Top Coat.')

The best part about this polishes is the lasting power. With an average polish, it will last about 2 days before chipping. But with the KIKO polish, I can easily go a week before it chips! Also, this product is supposed to harden your nails, but I haven't really tested that out yet.

Overall, if you are looking for a new polish, I strongly recommend you buying some from KIKO because they are the best!
Thank you for reading my blog and please comment anything you would like me to write about.
Speak to you soon,

Life Hack; Easy Straightened Waves!

Hiya everyone! So I just came back from my holiday and I found out a quick, easy hack to get those beachy, summer waves that are literally GOALS. They are soo simple and all you will need is a flat iron and hairspray to get the look.

if you would like to see this Pinterest hack for yourself, here is the link:   https://www.pinterest.com/pin/202732420701614076/

1) Separate your dry hair into 6 separate sections.
2) Plait each section, making sure that your braid starts where you would like your waves to start.
3) Heat up your flat iron to 5 degrees higher than you would normally use them.
4) From the top of the braid, leave the iron over a section on the braid, then move down. Gradually continue until you reach the end of the hair and repeat for all braids. When finished, hairspray each braid.
5) Allow braids to cool for about 10 minutes.
6) Remove hair bands and take out braids. Then brush through hair with your fingers.

I hope that this hack works for you and that you enjoy it as much as I do! Please leave any suggestions you may have down below, but for now that's it from me!
