Eyeshadow Palette First Impresions! xx

Hiya everyone! So I received few new eye shadow palettes recently, so I decided that I would talk about all of them at the same time. You may have seen these products in my 'Birthday Haul', but it has taken me some time to start using them! Here are my first impressions!

W7 'Lightly Toasted' Palette
Lots of people say that this pallete looks like the Urban Decay'Naked' pallete, but if I am honest I don't see that much resemblance in looks. I haven't actually tried the 'Naked' palettes yet though, so I can't compare them by the product. However, I actually really like this! The shadows look really sparkly in the palette, but when you apply them onto your eyelids they just leave a beautiful sheen rather than looking really glittery and chunky, which I personally prefer. Using this palette, you can create natural, everyday looks and evening looks. You could just get this pallete and never need another again! My favorite shades are Happy, Cracker, Twister and Teddy Bear. And it comes with a nice brush, which is a bonus!

Academy of Colour 'Nudes Volume 2' eye shadow collection
This palette looks more like the 'Naked' palettes in my opinion! This palette contains more neutral shades and mattes than the previous one, so this is perfect for everyday. I love to pair this and the W7 palette together, and use the 'Academy of Colour' palette as a base and in my crease, and then a shimmery shade on top from the other palette. Thee shadows are a bit less pigmented, but they blend extremely well and are so creamy! The brush included is really good as well, and I love the packaging because it is so thin! My favourite shades are the first four on the left (they don't have any names.)

Thank you for reading my first impressions, and please check out my last two posts if you haven't already done so! I also have an Instagram, and that is @graciepastelpink , so go and follow me there too! Hope you have a nice day,  Gracie xx
